There are many accommodation options in the Edinburgh City Centre and a quick search on all the popular websites will produce hundreds of options. Please note that June is the height of the tourist season in Edinburgh and you may have to shop around to find a good price.

We have been able to negotiate special rates for accommodation at the University of Edinburgh Pollock Halls of Residence.

As a guide the student accommodation options are priced at –

• Single Room with shared bathroom £65.00 per night
• Twin/Double Room with en-suite (Single Occupancy) £115.00 per night
• Twin/Double Room with en-suite (Double Occupancy) £147.00 per nighT

For a slightly more upmarket option delegates may wish to book one a room in one of the University's hotels.

Individual delegates booking accommodation for themselves can book themselves via the hotel/summer stay websites below

You will receive a 15% discount in the University hotels only for delegates by using the code “EVENT” when booking online if there is availability. Please note though that June has very limited availability currently, so the code might not work for some hotel rooms and we recommend delegates book as soon as possible.
